The Art of Wellbeing at WCFA: Yoga in the Gallery This yoga class is an all-level yoga experience. You will learn to stretch and strengthen your body with breath and movement. Modifications are provided for the lesser experienced practitioner. Dates: Fridays, beginning April 1st. Time: 10:00 – 11:00 am (1 Hour Session) Tuition: $12.00 per session (WCFA Members $10).
