🍀Thursday, March 12 kicks off O'Rourke's Bar and Grill's daily specials and events with Irish Trivia with WRIK starting at 7 p.m. Enjoy a personalized Guinness with the Guinness Ripple Machine. On Friday, listen to Matt Kerns & Don Payne perform live starting at 6 p.m. Saturday brings a Shamrocked & Scrambled Breakfast, followed by Gold Hoax at 1 p.m., Frankie Lee Perspective at 3 p.m., and Two Showed Up at 6 p.m. Sunday also kicks off with Shamrocked & Scrambled followed by another full line-up of live music! Enjoy Irish Session at 11 a.m., John & Ray Acoustic Duo at 1 p.m., Midnight Blonde at 3 p.m., and Paul Petite and Just Cruz at 6 p.m. Monday, March 16 is a Celtics Game Watch Party - get ten percent off for wearing Celtics gear. On St. Patrick's Day itself, put on your best green clothing and head down for a live broadcast by LiteRock 104 at 4 p.m. A photo booth opens at 6 p.m. Dan Lilly & the Keepers perform at 1 p.m., followed by Brett Haskins at 4 p.m. and 3 Wheelin at 6 p.m. Take advantage of "Kick the Keg!" - get 17 percent off your total bill all weekend long. There will also be a Celtics Square Game, with prizes based on Saturday's game.
🍀Can't wait until Tuesday for your corned beef and cabbage fix? No worries! The Greenwood Inn is offering New England Boiled Dinners available in small and large portions, and Family Meals to go (feeds 4+ people) every Thursday through the end of the month. Yum!
🍀Starting Friday, March 13, the folks over at Shannon View Inn will be cooking up a storm to offer New England Dinners for the next seven days or until they sell out of the several hundred they're ready to prepare - it might be close, so hurry in for yours soon! (We also hear their Irish spring rolls are terrific!)
🍀Also on Friday, the Governor Francis Inn starts offering its special St. Patrick's Day menu - sink your teeth into a pan-seared-to-perfection corned beef hash patty, or enjoy a Reuben corned beef soup. The traditional New England Boiled Dinner, and Corned Beef and Reuben sandwiches (served with French fries and your choice of soup or salad) round out the special menu offerings.
