Submit Calendar photos 2025
ARE YOU AN AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHER? Want to see your photo in the Warwick Calendar? We invite you to submit your photos, whether they reflect a festive event, seasonal shot, landscape or anything else in Warwick that inspires you. Show us Warwick life through your lens.
Selected photos will appear in the City of Warwick 2025 calendar.
RULES:
1. Anyone may submit a photo, as long as the photos reflect people, places, events, and/or landscapes within the City of Warwick, Rhode Island (“the City”).
2. By submitting a photo, you grant the City nonexclusive, royalty-free rights for unlimited reproduction in City print, electronic publications and promotional materials for an unlimited period of time. The City will provide photo credit if your image is published in the calendar.
3. The City must be provided with the written consent of anyone who appears in a photograph that is selected. If a residential or commercial property is depicted in a selected photograph, the written consent of the property owner must also be submitted. If written consent is not provided, the City will be unable to use the photos.
4. Photos should be submitted in digital form, they will be printed in a 9 x 12 landscape format, please send a high resolution file in tiff, eps or jpeg format. Hard copies cannot be accepted.
5. The City Residents shall determine which photos are selected for inclusion in the calendar. Photos must be submitted by September 4, 2024.
